At Supply Fortress, we are committed to fast, reliable, and transparent shipping across the United States. This policy clearly outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST on weekdays, or on weekends and federal holidays, will begin processing the next business day
  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time
  • Some products may require the full 5-business-day handling period this will be noted on the product page where applicable

  • Total delivery time = processing time + transit time
  • Transit time begins only after the order has been released to the carrier

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted U.S. carriers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Other reliable logistics providers

Carrier selection is based on destination, package weight, dimensions, and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

We do not charge hidden fees. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days of placing your order, contact us at sales@supplyfortress.com.

Accurate Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Supply Fortress is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply
  • Refunds may be issued minus original shipping costs where applicable

Package Marked Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Double-check the shipping address on your order
  2. Check with household members, neighbours, or your building reception
  3. Check around your property including side doors and mailboxes
  4. Contact the carrier directly to open an investigation

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at sales@supplyfortress.com and we will assist you further.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or address issues:

  • The carrier may attempt redelivery
  • If the package is returned to sender, reshipping fees may apply
  • Refunds may be issued minus original shipping costs

PO Boxes & Special Addresses

  • We ship to PO Boxes where supported by the selected carrier
  • Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) are supported but may require additional transit time
  • Parcel locker deliveries are supported where carrier services allow

Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages. If this happens:

  • You will receive multiple tracking numbers
  • No additional shipping fees will be charged unless stated at checkout

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Peak holiday shipping periods
  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Contact us immediately at sales@supplyfortress.com if you need to make a change.
