Overview
At Supply Fortress we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy to return or exchange your item.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item is in the same condition as received
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
- Email us at sales@supplyfortress.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our response with return approval and instructions
- Ship the item to the address below using the return label we provide

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items not in original condition used, installed, or missing packaging
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised orders
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before initiating a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@supplyfortress.com
- Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging
- We will evaluate the issue and resolve it at no additional cost to you
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective items
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items sent in error
Approved exchanges are processed at no additional cost. If you would like a different product or variation, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us immediately at sales@supplyfortress.com
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item we cover return shipping
- If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering error the customer covers return shipping costs
